Change Requests settings in Screen Time on Mac
Use Requests settings in Screen Time to respond to requests for more screen time from family members.
To change these settings on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Screen Time in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu, choose the child that requested more time, then click Requests.

Item name | The name of the app, website, or other item for which your family member is requesting more screen time. | ||||||||||
Don’t Approve | To deny the request for more time in an item, click the Don’t Approve button to the right of the item name, then enter the Screen Time passcode. | ||||||||||
Approve | To approve the request for more time in an item, click the Approve pop-up menu to the right of the item name, choose an option, then enter the Screen Time passcode.
