Share a calendar on iCloud.com
You can share calendars publicly and privately. In the sidebar, a shared calendar has a darkened share icon .
To use Calendar on iCloud.com, you must be on a tablet or computer. If you’re on a tablet or computer and don’t see Calendar on iCloud.com, your account is limited to iCloud web-only features. See Get more iCloud features.

Share a calendar privately
When you share a calendar privately, your invitees must have an Apple ID and use iCloud in order to use the calendar.
Only the calendar’s owner can share a private calendar.
In Calendar on iCloud.com, click
to the right of the calendar’s name in the sidebar, then select Private Calendar.
Tip: The share icon is faint if the calendar isn’t shared. When you move the pointer over the icon, it darkens.
Type the invitee’s email address in the Add Person field, then press Return or Enter.
Click the invitee’s name, then choose access privileges:
View & Edit: Allows the invitee to create, edit, and delete events, and track invitation responses.
View Only: Allows the invitee to view, but not edit, the calendar.
For each person you want to share the calendar with, repeat steps 2 and 3.
When you’ve invited everyone and set their privileges, click OK.
Invitation emails are sent from your iCloud email address to the participants you specified.
Share a calendar publicly
When you share a calendar publicly, your invitees automatically receive an email that includes the calendar URL. An invitee doesn’t need to be an iCloud user to accept an invitation to view a shared public calendar.
Only the calendar’s owner can share and make changes to a public calendar.
In Calendar on iCloud.com, click
to the right of the calendar’s name in the sidebar, then select Public Calendar.
Tip: The share icon is faint if the calendar isn’t shared. When you move the pointer over the icon, it darkens.
To invite people to view the calendar, click Email Link.
Type one or more email addresses in the To field, then click Send.
See who you’re sharing a calendar with
When you share a calendar, you can see if the people you invited have accepted or declined the invitation, or have yet to respond. Everyone who is a participant in the calendar can track responses.
In Calendar on iCloud.com, click
to the right of the calendar’s name in the sidebar.
In the Calendar Sharing window, view the icon next to the name of each invitee:

Resend an invitation to a shared calendar
If you want to encourage your invitees to respond to an invitation, you can resend invitations to all or selected participants at any time.
In Calendar on iCloud.com, click
to the right of the calendar’s name in the sidebar.
Do any of the following:
Resend an invitation to a private calendar: Click an invitee’s name, then choose Invite Again.
Resend an invitation to a public calendar: Click Email Link, type the participant’s email address in the To field, then click Send.
If you stop using iCloud, any shared calendars you created become unavailable; all participants automatically receive an email notifying them that the calendar is no longer shared.
