Receive and reply to a calendar event invitation on iCloud.com
You can specify how you want to receive invitations for each email address that you use with Calendar on iCloud—either as an in-app notification or via email. You can also reply to event messages and report junk mail.
Receive event invitations as in-app notifications or emails
In Calendar on iCloud.com, click at the top of the sidebar, then choose Settings.
Click Account, then choose how you want to receive event invitations and updates:
Receive via In-app Notifications: Event invitations appear as notifications in Calendar on iCloud.com. You can reply to the event invitation by clicking in the sidebar, then clicking a notification.
Receive via Email: Event invitations are emailed to the address specified. You can reply to the event invitation in the email. This option is useful if your primary calendar isn’t your iCloud calendar.
If you use more than one email address with iCloud Calendar, you can select an option for each one.
Click .
The option you choose applies to all devices where you’ve signed in to iCloud with your Apple ID and turned on iCloud for Calendar. To set up on your iPhone or iPad, see Set up how you send and receive invitations for iCloud Calendar.
Accept, decline, or say maybe to an event invitation
Do either of the following:
If you chose to receive event invitations as in-app notifications: In Calendar on iCloud.com, click in the sidebar. Click the event notification, then click Accept, Decline, or Maybe.
If you chose to have event invitations emailed to you: In the invitation email you received, double-click the invitation the event to add to your calendar.
You can update your reply in the event on your calendar or in the original email invitation.
Report a junk calendar event invitation
If you get a calendar event invitation that you think is junk or spam, you can report it to iCloud.
In Calendar on iCloud.com, open the event you want to report, then click Report Junk.
Click .
The event is automatically deleted from your calendar on all your devices where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.
