
Add or share a channel in News Publisher
Add a new channel
If you have multiple publications, you can create a channel for each one.
Go to icloud.com, sign in, then click News Publisher.
Click the name of your channel in the toolbar, then click Create New Channel at the bottom of the pop-up menu.
Enter the information for the new channel.
As with your original channel, you’re asked to enter information about the publication and submit sample content for the Apple News team to review.
Share a link to your channel
After a channel is approved, those with the Administrator, Editor in Chief, Editor, or Sales role can send a link to it to others so they have quick access to the content.
Go to Settings > Channel Info, then click “Share a link.”
Click Copy, then paste the link into an email or message.
To view the channel, users need to open the link on a device with iOS 9 or later, iPadOS 13 or later, or macOS 10.14 or later.
View your channel in the News app
If you have the Administrator, Editor in Chief, Editor, or Sales role and you’re using News Publisher in Safari on a Mac with macOS 10.14 or later, you can open the link in the News app on your Mac.
Go to Settings > Channel Info, then click “Share a link.”
Click View.
