Change Screen Time Requests preferences on Mac
Use the Requests pane of Screen Time preferences to respond to requests for more screen time from family members.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu 
> System Preferences, click Screen Time, then select Requests in the sidebar.

Item name | The name of the app, website, or other item for which your family member is requesting more screen time. | ||||||||||
Don’t Approve | To deny the request for more time in an item, click the Don’t Approve button to the right of the item name. | ||||||||||
Approve | To approve the request for more time in an item, click the Approve pop-up menu to the right of the item name, choose an option, then enter the screen time passcode.
