
Check your iCloud storage usage online or on any device
You can see how much iCloud storage you have and how much is available. You can view high-level storage information in Account Settings on iCloud.com. To see more details about your storage usage, open the Settings app on an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, System Preferences on a Mac, or the iCloud for Windows app on a Windows PC.
You can upgrade or downgrade your iCloud storage at any time. You can also remove stored items to make more space available. See the Apple Support article Manage your iCloud storage.
WARNING: If you delete data stored in iCloud, it is deleted from all your devices. You may want to make a copy of the information before you delete it. See the Apple Support article Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud.
Check your iCloud storage on iCloud.com
On iCloud.com, go to Account Settings, then look at the Storage section.
For information about a segment of the bar graph, hold the pointer over the segment until its name and numerical storage size appear above the graph.
Check your iCloud storage on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
The bar graph shows your overall storage usage.
Tap Manage Storage for more details.
Below the graph, you see a list of apps and features and how much iCloud storage they use. The apps and features that use the most storage are at the top of the list. You can tap an app or feature for more information.
Check your iCloud storage on your Mac
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
> System Preferences, then do one of the following:
macOS 10.15 or later: click Apple ID, then click iCloud.
macOS 10.14 or earlier: click iCloud.
