Show the folder or notes list in Notes on iCloud.com
If you sign in to iCloud.com on an iPad, you may see just the folder list or the notes list in the sidebar. You can switch between them.
To see all your notes, select the All iCloud folder.
To show the sidebar: if you do not see the sidebar, tap
.You can also try viewing your iPad in landscape orientation.
To see the folder list: tap
at the top of the notes list. The folder list shows folder names next to folder icons 
.To see the notes list: tap a folder to see a list of notes within the folder. You may need to select a different folder to see the note you want.
To see all your notes, select the All iCloud folder.
