Create or edit contacts in Contacts on iCloud.com
You can create a new contact or edit an existing contact on iCloud.com. You can add or delete fields in a contact for default information, such as a phone number or email address, and you can add fields for additional information, such as a birthday, nickname or spouse’s name.
When you make changes to a contact, those changes appear on all your devices that have Contacts turned on in iCloud settings.
In Contacts on iCloud.com, do one of the following:
Create a new contact: Tap on the right, then choose Create New Contact. A blank contact card appears.
Edit an existing contact: select a contact in the contacts list, then tap Edit at the top of the contact card.
Add or edit the contact’s first and last name.
Do either of the following:
Add contact details: Tap next to Contact Details to add details, like a nickname or job title. You can also tap Add Field at the bottom of the new contact card to add these details, as well as a few additional options, like phonetic first and last name.
Add or change the photo: To add a new contact photo, tap Add Photo. To edit an existing photo, tap the photo. Tap Choose Photo to select a photo or drag a photo to the photo field. You can resize or rotate the photo. Tap Done to save your changes.
Add new fields: Tap next to the fields you want to add. Some fields require that you choose a label from the pop-up menu. For example, choose to add an email address for Home, Work, School or Other, or create a custom label.
Edit existing fields: Tap a field to edit it.
Delete a field: Tap . You cannot delete default fields.
When you are done, tap Save.
You can also add a contact in iCloud Mail. See Save and find email addresses in Mail on iCloud.com.
