About channels and sections in News Publisher
Content you publish via Apple News Format or RSS appears in your channel, which represents your publication in News. A publication can be a magazine or a newspaper, for example. If you have more than one publication, you can create a channel for each.
Channel content is organized into sections. Every channel has one default section, which contains the main content of the channel. You can add other sections to group your content by topic or type. For example, an entertainment channel might have music, TV, and movie sections. Although you can define up to 25 sections, 6 to 8 sections is optimal.
Channels that use Apple News Format also show All Published Articles in the sidebar—a place that lists all published articles from all sections of the channel.
