Do you need a repair for other issues such as the Home button, liquid damage, or an accessory?
- If your issue wasn’t caused by accidental damage and it’s covered by warranty or AppleCare+, there’s no charge.
- If your iPhone was damaged and you have AppleCare+, the coverage includes two incidents of accidental damage. Each incident has a service fee shown below.
- If you don’t have AppleCare+, your repair fee will vary up to the out-of-warranty fee below.

Issues caused by accidental damage aren’t covered under the Apple Limited Warranty. These prices apply only to repairs made by Apple. Other service providers may set their own prices. We'll add a CA$10.77 shipping fee if your repair requires shipping and isn’t covered under warranty or AppleCare+. All fees are in Canadian dollars and exclude local tax.
Your repair options
Send in for repair
We’ll send a box right away to collect your iPhone. You can then arrange to ship it to an Apple Repair Center at your convenience. We’ll deliver your iPhone back to you in approximately one week. If you have AppleCare+, you can also use our Express Replacement Service.
Bring in for repair
Make an appointment at an Apple Store or one of our many Apple authorized service locations. We’ll try to fix your iPhone during your visit. In more complex cases, we might need to send it to an Apple Repair Center. If we do, your iPhone will be ready for pickup in approximately one week.
