Change Always Allowed settings in Screen Time on Mac
Use Always Allowed settings in Screen Time to choose what communication is allowed during downtime, and which apps can be used during downtime or after an applicable time limit has been reached.
To change these settings on your Mac, choose Apple menu 
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu on the right and choose a family member (if you’re using Family Sharing), then click Always Allowed.

During Downtime, Allow communication with | Choose who the family member can communicate with during downtime.

Contacts | Manage a family member’s iCloud contacts. This option is available if you requested permission to manage your family member’s iCloud contacts in Communication Limits settings in Screen Time, and your family member approved the request. Allowed Apps | Allow specific apps to be used during downtime or after the time limit has been reached. | ||||||||||
Search | Type the name of an app to find it in the list. | ||||||||||
Sort | Change the order of the apps in the list. Click the Sort button
