Change Always Allowed preferences in Screen Time on Mac
Use the Always Allowed pane of Screen Time preferences to choose what communication is allowed during downtime, and which apps can be used during downtime or after an applicable time limit has been reached.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Screen Time , then click Always Allowed in the sidebar.

Allowed Apps | Allow specific apps to be used during downtime or after the time limit has been reached. | ||||||||||
Sort by [option] | Change the order of the apps in the list. Click the Sort by pop-up menu, then choose the sort order:
