Mark items as favourites in Apple Music on the web
You can mark items as favourites in Music to make them easier to find. If you subscribe to Apple Music, you can get notifications on new releases from your favourite artists, and easily get back to their music from Home.

Add items as favourites
At music.apple.com/au , do any of the following:
Add a favourite album: Click Recently Added or Albums in the sidebar, move the pointer over any album, click the More button , then choose Favourite.
Add a favourite song: Click Songs in the sidebar, move the pointer over any song, then click the Favourite button to the left of the album cover.
When you mark a song as a favourite, it appears in the Favourite Songs playlist (below Playlists in the sidebar). Additionally, it’s automatically added to your library.
Add a favourite playlist: Click a playlist in the sidebar, click the More button (on the right), then choose Favourite.
Add a favourite artist: Click Artists in the sidebar, select an artist, then click the Favourite button next to their name.
If you subscribe to Apple Music and you add artists as favourites, you automatically receive notifications when they release new music. If you want to manage notifications and you have the Music or iTunes app on your computer or device, you can do so there. To open the app directly from Apple Music online, just click the link in the bottom-left corner.
Your favourite items are easily identified by the highlighted Favourite button .
Remove items as favourites
At music.apple.com/au , click any option below Library or a playlist in the sidebar.
Your favourite items are identified by the highlighted Favourite button .
Do any of the following:
Click the Undo Favourite button .
Click the More button (it looks like this or this ), then choose Undo Favourite.
