Change Communication Safety settings in Screen Time on Mac
Use Communication Safety settings in Screen Time to turn detection of nude photos in the Messages app on or off (macOS 12.1 or later, iOS 15.2 or later or iPadOS 15.2 or later; not available in all countries or regions). For more information, see the Apple Support article About communication safety in Messages.
To change these settings on your Mac, choose Apple menu 
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu on the right and choose a family member (if you’re using Family Sharing), then click Communication Safety.
Note: Communication Safety settings are only available if the child is part of a Family Sharing group.
