Requirements

To deliver content, Transporter requires:

• A Mac running macOS 10.14.6 or later.

  Apple recommends a broadband Internet connection with an upload rate of 1MB/sec or faster.

• One or both of the following:

  • An active content provider account in iTunes Connect with an Admin or Technical role or App Store Connect with an Admin, Developer, or App Manager role. If you do not have an active account, contact an iTunes Connect or App Store Connect user in your organization with an Admin or App Manager role.

  • An encoding house account Apple enabled for delivery and authorized for a provider with a contract to deliver content.

  Depending on your iTunes Connect role or encoding house access level, you might have verify-only privileges within Transporter.

• A package with an .itmsp file extension. If you upload an app (an .ipa file for iOS apps or a .pkg file for macOS apps), then Transporter generates an .itmsp package for you.
