Intro to retouching and reshaping in Pixelmator Pro on iPad

Use the retouching and reshaping tools in Pixelmator Pro to modify specific areas in a layer using brush gestures. The retouching tools let you remove and clone parts of an image, adjust brightness and color, or fine-tune sharpness in targeted areas of a layer. The reshaping tools warp, bump, pinch, and twirl parts of an image.

Retouching tools

Tool	Description
Repair	Remove small imperfections or entire objects from images.
Clone	Copies parts of an image from one area to another.
Lighten	Brightens a specific area of an image.
Darken	Darkens a specific area of an image.
Sharpen	Makes a specific area of an image sharper.
Soften	Makes a specific area of an image softer.
Smudge	Naturally smudges a specific area of an image.
Saturate	Makes the colors in a specific area of an image more saturated
Desaturate	Makes the colors in a specific area of an image less saturated.
