
Display your brand during payment in Apple Business
To link your verified brand to Tap to Pay on iPhone, sign into Apple Business using the link provided in your welcome email when you first registered for Tap to Pay on iPhone. You need to use the same Apple Account registered with Tap to Pay on iPhone to sign in to Apple Business.
Apple Business will recognize your organization registered with the payment service provider. Complete the following steps to set up your organization and brand to display on the Tap to Pay on iPhone screen.
Display your brand on the Tap to Pay on iPhone payment screen
You can choose organization registered with the payment provider or an existing organization you may have already set up in Apple Business. Selecting the correct organization is an important step because it indicates who you want to link to with your merchant ID’s to set up the brand display.
Select Next, then complete the organization registration.
You are prompted to set up your brand.
Follow the steps to create your brand.
Merchant IDs linked to your organization are preselected. If you have more than one merchant ID, deselect the IDs you don’t want associated with this brand, then select Next.
Add the brand name, country or region, primary category, and website and select whether this brand is owned or franchised, then select Next.
Upload your logo and check the preview on the right for brand and logo display on the Tap to Pay on iPhone payment screen.
Decide whether to add your brand logo.
If you do want to add your brand logo, select Add, locate and add your logo. Use the Square and Circle buttons to preview how your image is cropped on your showcase in Maps and Apple Wallet. One crop is applied to both locations and your logo displays as a square in most Apple features.

If you don’t want to add your brand logo, select Next. You can always add it later.
If you added a logo, select Next.
Enter the business ID registered for your organization, then select Done. See Business types accepted.
This completes the verification process and submits the brand information for review.
Link a new brand to merchant IDs
If you have multiple merchant IDs—either from the same or different payment providers—you can link them to any of your verified brands individually in Apple Business. Sign into Apple Business, navigate to “Tap to Pay on iPhone,” then select “Link to a Brand” in the table that displays your merchant IDs.
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role has permissions to manage Tap to Pay on iPhone.

In your browser, choose Brands > Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Select Get Started.
If you have more than one merchant ID, select all the IDs you want associated with this brand, then select “Next.”
Add the brand name, country or region, primary category, and website.
Select whether this brand is owned or franchised, then select “Next.”
Decide whether to add your brand logo.
If you do want to add your brand logo, select Add, locate and add your logo. Use the Square and Circle buttons to preview how your image is cropped on your showcase in Maps and Apple Wallet. One crop is applied to both locations and your logo displays as a square in most Apple features.

If you don’t want to add your brand logo, select Next. You can always add it later.

Select Done.
Change your linked brand
If you need to change the brand you linked to a particular merchant ID, sign in to Apple Business, navigate to “Tap to Pay on iPhone” select the merchant ID you want to change, then select “Link to a different brand.” Select an existing brand from the dropdown list or create a new brand.
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role has permissions to manage Tap to Pay on iPhone.

In your browser, choose Brands > Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Select Get Started.
If you have more than one merchant ID, select all the IDs you want associated with this brand, then select “Next.”
Select the brand name from the list. If you have only one brand associated with this organization, that brand is selected for you.
Select Done.
