Manage your Apple ID settings on Mac
Your Apple ID gives you access to all Apple services, including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. After you sign in with your Apple ID, you can use Apple ID settings to change your personal information, sign-in and security settings, payment and shipping information, and more.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
If you don’t see your name, click “Sign in with your Apple ID,” enter your Apple ID (or a Reachable At email address or phone number that you added in Apple ID settings), then enter your password. If you don’t have an Apple ID, you can create one.
Click any of the following items on the right to manage the related Apple ID settings on your Mac:
Personal Information: Use these options to change the photo, name, and birthday associated with your Apple ID. See Set your Apple ID personal information on Mac.
Sign-In & Security: Use these options to change the contact information, password, trusted phone numbers, and security settings associated with your Apple ID. See Set up your Apple ID password and security information.

Family Sharing: Use these options to set up and manage a Family Sharing group to share your subscriptions, purchases, location, and more, with up to five family members. See Set up Family Sharing.
Devices: Use this list to review and manage the trusted devices that use your Apple ID. See Review the trusted devices that use your Apple ID.
Sign Out: Sign out of your Apple ID. See Sign in or out of your Apple ID.
