Configure an AirPlay setting in Apple Business Essentials
You can use Apple TV as a conference room display so that anyone can easily share their screen using AirPlay.
Apple TV has a mode called Conference Room Display. You can use Apple TV as a conference room display so that anyone can easily share their screen from an iPhone, iPad, and Mac computer using AirPlay. When Conference Room Display is turned on, a message appears on the display with AirPlay connection instructions and wireless network details.
You can also set an Apple TV so that the only mode it offers is Conference Room Display. When you set this, you can add a custom message that users see when they attempt to connect to the Apple TV using AirPlay.

In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user who has the role of Administrator.
Select Settings
in the sidebar, then select All Settings.Select the Add button
next to AirPlay 
, then enter the message you want users to see when they connect to the Apple TV.Under Platform, select the operating systems you would like to configure this setting for.
