Turn a Focus on or off on AppleĀ VisionĀ Pro
To use a Focus, you can turn it on in Control Center, or schedule it to turn on automatically.
Tip: To quickly silence all notifications, open Control Center, then tap Focus to turn on Do Not Disturb.
Turn a Focus on or off
Open Control Center, pinch and hold Focus, then tap the Focus you want to turn on (for example, Work).
To choose an ending point for the Focus, tap
next to the Focus, then select an option (such as āFor 1 hourā).
When a Focus is on, its icon (for example,
for Do Not Disturb) appears at the top of Control Center, and your status is automatically displayed in the Messages app. Your friends can see that youāve silenced notifications, but they can still notify you if something is urgent.
To turn off the Focus, tap it again in Control Center.
Schedule a Focus to turn on automatically
You can schedule a Focus to turn on at certain times, when youāre at a particular location, or when you open a specific app.
Go to the Settings app
on your AppleĀ VisionĀ Pro.Tap Focus, then tap the Focus you want to schedule.
To have this Focus turn on automatically based on cues like your location or the app youāre using, tap Smart Activation, turn on Smart Activation, then tap
at the top of the window.
Tap Add Schedule, then choose when or where you want to activate this Focus.
Note: If you set up a sleep schedule on iPhone and turn on Share Across Devices, you can use Sleep Focus on AppleĀ VisionĀ Pro, which follows the same sleep schedule as your iPhone. See Set up a sleep schedule in Health in the iPhone UserĀ Guide.
