AppleCare+ for Business
Essentials Onsite Service

Plans with AppleCare+ for Business Essentials include onsite service for iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV. An Apple certified technician will come to you to repair, replace, or pick up a device. Onsite service is subject to the Terms of AppleCare+ for Business Essentials.

 

Scheduling

Onsite service for iPhone is available in as little as 4 hours, while next day appointments can be made for Mac, iPad and Apple TV. Onsite repairs can be booked by calling the support number and providing your personalized PIN. Onsite repairs for iPhone can also be booked through Get Support or Support app version 4.6 or later.

Apple Business Essentials

  1. In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
  2. Click Service & Support in the sidebar.
  3. Select Service & Support Settings, then view your telephone number and support PIN.

Business Essentials app

  1. Open the Business Essentials app on a Mac, iPhone or iPad.
  2. Select the Devices tab, then select a device.
  3. View your telephone number and support PIN at the bottom of the page.

 

Availability

Onsite repairs are currently available in the following metropolitan areas. If your zip code is not listed, you can still get service for covered devices by booking an appointment with a US Apple Store or Apple Authorized service provider.
