Erase a device in Apple Configurator 2
Selecting this action erases and unsupervises any devices and queues up the action on the Blueprint so when it’s applied to devices, they’re immediately erased. If the device is unsupervised, you can erase and restore it.
In Apple Configurator 2
on your Mac, select a device or Blueprint, then choose Actions > Advanced > Erase All Content and Settings.If the device has a data plan, you may be asked if you want to preserve that plan.
