Add, delete, or view files in Feedback Assistant drafts on Mac
In Feedback Assistant, you can add files to your feedback report when you create it, or later when you edit it.
Based on your answers to the questions, you might need to gather some additional files.
Add files to your draft feedback
Go to the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac.
Select the Drafts folder in the sidebar, then double-click the draft feedback you want to add files to.
Click , then choose Choose File.
Select a file, then click Attach.
The file is added to your feedback.
You can also drag a file to the list of attachments to add it to your feedback.
Add device diagnostics to your draft feedback
Go to the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac.
Select the Drafts folder in the sidebar, then double-click the draft feedback you want to add devices to.
Click , then choose Device Diagnostics.
In the Add Device Diagnostics dialog, select one or more devices in the list, then click Add.
The device diagnostics are gathered automatically and added to your feedback.
Take a screenshot and add it to your draft feedback
Go to the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac.
Select the Drafts folder in the sidebar, then double-click the draft feedback you want to add screenshots to.
Click , then choose Screenshot.
Press Command-Tab to switch to the app you want to take a screenshot in.
Select the area you want to capture.
The screenshot is added to your feedback automatically.
Delete devices from your draft feedback
When you remove a device, all diagnostics and files associated with the device are removed from the feedback report.
Go to the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac.
Select the Drafts folder in the sidebar, then double-click the draft feedback you want to delete devices from.
In the Attachments section, click next to the device you want to delete, then click Remove Device.

Go to the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac.
Select the Drafts folder in the sidebar, then double-click the draft feedback you want to delete files from.
In the Attachments section, click next to the file you want to delete, then click Remove.
View the content of files attached to your draft feedback
Go to the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac.
Select the Drafts folder in the sidebar, then double-click the draft feedback in which you want to review attached files.
In the Attachments section, click next to the file you want to look at.
The file is displayed in a Finder window. Press the Space bar to quickly review screenshot files. Double-click other types of files to open them.
