Change settings in Contacts on Mac
Use Contacts settings to change options for the accounts you use in Contacts and for how you display and manage contacts.
In the Contacts app on your Mac, choose Contacts > Settings, then click one of the following options:
General: Specify how names and addresses are shown on contact cards.
Accounts: Add, change, or remove accounts you use in Contacts, and set server options, if necessary.
Template: Specify the fields that appear on new contact cards.
vCard: Set options for exporting and sharing the information on your card and on other contact cards.
