
Share a reminder list on iCloud.com
You can share reminder lists with other iCloud users. Only the owner of a shared list can add and delete people who are sharing the list.
People you share a list with can view the list, mark reminders as completed, add and delete reminders, and see who else is sharing the list.
Note: If you are using updated reminders, you might not see all of your shared lists on iCloud.com. You also cannot manage sharing on the web. Use the Reminders app on a device with iOS 13, iPadOS 13, macOS 10.15 or later to see and manage all your shared lists.
Share a list or add new participants
- Go to icloud.com/reminders, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary). 
- Tap  next to the reminder list. next to the reminder list.
- Type the contact names or email addresses of the people you want to share with. 
- Tap Done. 
All invitees receive an email invitation which they must accept to view and edit the shared list.
Stop sharing a list
- Go to icloud.com/reminders, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary). 
- Tap  next to the shared reminder list. next to the shared reminder list.
- Select the participant you no longer want to share with, then choose Remove Person. Repeat for each participant you want to remove. - To stop sharing the list, delete all participants. 
Deleting a shared list makes it unavailable to everyone, including you.
Re-send invitations
You can re-send invitations to one or more list participants. You might want to do this if some participants have not responded.
- Go to icloud.com/reminders, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary). 
- Tap  next to the shared reminder list. next to the shared reminder list.
- Select the participant, then choose Invite Again.
