Trim the edges of the canvas in Pixelmator Pro on Mac

The Trim Canvas feature removes any transparent or solid colored areas at the edges of an image.

In Pixelmator Pro on Mac, choose Image > Trim Canvas.
In the window that opens, choose an option:
- Transparent Pixels: Trims away transparent areas at the edges of the image.
- Top Left Pixel Color: Trims away areas that are the same color as the upper-left pixel of the image.
- Bottom Right Pixel Color: Trims away areas that are the same color as the lower-right pixel of the image.
By default, all edges of the image will be trimmed.
To prevent specific edges of the image from being trimmed, deselect the Top , Bottom , Right , or Left button.
Click OK.
Pixelmator Pro automatically trims the selected edges from the image.
