Export a Live Photo as an animated GIF in Photos on Mac
You can use a Live Photo to create an animated GIF for use on websites and in text messages.
In the Photos app
on your Mac, double-click a Live Photo thumbnail, then click Edit in the toolbar.In editing view, click the pop-up menu in the lower-left corner, choose Loop, then click Done.
Choose File > Export > Export GIF.
Choose a location to export to, then click Export.
