Om du har problem med en säker anslutning till iTunes på datorn
Användare som kan bläddra i iTunes Store, men inte logga in eller handla kan se följande meddelande:
”iTunes kunde inte ansluta till iTunes Store. Det gick inte att upprätta en säker nätverksanslutning. Se till att SSL 3.0 eller TLS 1.0 är aktiverat i kontrollpanelen Internetalternativ och försök igen.”
Det här meddelandet kan också visas:
”Vi kunde inte utföra din iTunes Store-begäran. iTunes Store är tillfälligt otillgänglig. Försök igen senare.”
Lös problemet genom att kontrollera datorns datum, tid och tidszon. Om de inte stämmer ställer du in rätt datum, tid och tidszon.
Så här ställer du in datorns datum, tid och tidszon:
Klicka på Start på datorn och sedan på Kontrollpanelen.
Klicka på ”Datum och tid” och klicka sedan på Datum och tid.
Klicka på Datum och tid.
Se till att inställningarna för datum och tid är konfigurerade att använda aktuellt datum och tid. Klicka sedan på OK.
Om återställning av datum och tid inte löser problemet:
Öppna Internet Explorer på datorn.
Klicka på Internetalternativ i menyn Verktyg.
Klicka på Avancerat.
Leta efter Använd SSL 3.0 och Använd TLS 1.0 under avsnittet Säkerhet. Se till att åtminstone det ena alternativet är markerat och klicka sedan på OK (du kan markera båda).
