Programmet AppleCare Technician Certifications (ACTC) är ett omfattande program för hårdvarucertifiering för tekniker som vill bli skickliga på att ge support till och reparera Apple-hårdvara.

Typer av AppleCare-certifieringar för tekniker

ACTC-programmet erbjuder två certifieringar:

• Apple Certified Support Technician (ACST): Förbereder tekniker för att ge support och felsöka Apple-enheter.

• Apple Certified Repair Technician (ACRT): Utrustar tekniker för att utföra reparationer på Apple-enheter.

ACST-certifieringen är ett förhandskrav för ACRT-certifieringen. Digitala märken utfärdas på Credly till tekniker som klarar ACST- och ACRT-proven.
