Configure a Web Filter setting in Apple Business Essentials
A Web Filter helps you restrict which websites users can visit. You can add up to 100 website addresses to block.
Note: The Web Filter doesn’t apply to personally-owned devices.
You can also turn on the built-in Content Filter. When you do, you can exempt up to 100 websites from the built-in filter.
In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
Select Settings in the sidebar, then select All Settings.
This setting is available only for iOS and iPadOS.
Select the Add button next to Web Filter .
Do one of the following:
Choose whether to turn on Website Access, then, if necessary, enter up to 100 website addresses.
Choose whether to turn on Content Filter, then, if necessary, enter up to 100 website addresses exempt from the Content Filter.
Select Save.
