Lock an item on a Freeform board on Mac
You can lock items on your Freeform boards so they don’t get moved or changed.
In the Freeform app
on your Mac, click a category in the sidebar, then double-click a board to open it.If you can’t see the sidebar, choose View > Show Sidebar.
Select an item, then choose Arrange > Lock.
To unlock an item, select it, then click the Unlock button 
.
