Keep your information up to date
Use Apple Business Register to update the following:
Contact information for your organization
How your organization’s listings are displayed in the Health app
Location information for a FHIR API endpoint
Brand or related brand information for a FHIR API endpoint
The name of a FHIR API endpoint, its vendor, or its related URLs
You can also use Apple Business Register to do the following:
Add a FHIR API endpoint for your organization
Suspend patient access to Health records or Health app data sharing
Report a problem with either Health Records or Health app data Share with Provider
Report a security incident with Health app data Share with Provider
Note: To make any of these changes, you must be an administrative or technical contact with administrator privileges. (See Identify who will fill registration roles and Update contact information.)
