Make and answer calls with AirPods 1
- Wear your AirPods, and make sure they’re connected to your device. 
- Do one of the following: - Make a call: Double-tap either of your AirPods to activate Siri, wait for a chime, then make your request. - You can also make a call on your device, such as in the FaceTime app  or Phone app or Phone app . .
- Answer or end a call: Double-tap either of your AirPods. - If you want to decline a call, use the controls on your device, or wait until the call goes to voicemail. 
- Answer a second phone call: To put the first call on hold and answer the new one, double-tap either of your AirPods. To switch between calls, double-tap either of your AirPods.

- Wear your AirPods, and make sure they’re connected to your device. 
- Do one of the following: - Make a call: On an iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular model), say “Hey Siri,” then say something like “Call Eliza’s mobile.” On an iPad without cellular, say something like “Make a FaceTime call.” - You can set either of your AirPods to activate Siri with a double tap. See Change settings for AirPods or AirPods Pro. - You can also make a call on your device, such as in the FaceTime app  or Phone app or Phone app . .
- Answer or end a call: Double-tap either of your AirPods. - If you want to decline a call, use the controls on your iPhone (or other device), or wait until it goes to voicemail. If you set up Siri, you can also answer or decline a call using your voice.
