Run shortcuts when Sleep Focus is active on iPhone
When you set a sleep schedule in the Health app, Sleep Focus filters out notifications and phone calls. When Sleep Focus is on (at bedtime, for example), you can run shortcuts from the Lock Screen of your iPhone. For example, you can run Sleep Focus shortcuts to create an entry in your journal, check your calendar to prepare for tomorrow, send a good-night message, and get lost in your favorite book.
To use a shortcut during Sleep Focus, you must first enable the shortcut to run from the Lock Screen. You can also use event triggers to automatically run a shortcut when you’re winding down for bed, in bed, or waking to an alarm.
Enable a shortcut to run during Sleep Focus
In My Shortcuts in the Shortcuts app on your iPhone, tap on a shortcut, then tap to open Details.
Turn on Show in Sleep Focus.
Important: You need to set a sleep schedule in the Health app for this setting to be available. See Set up your first sleep schedule in Health on iPhone.
Tap Done.
To see all the shortcuts that are shown on the Lock Screen during Sleep Focus, tap Shortcuts in the upper-left corner of the Shortcuts app, then tap Sleep Focus.
