Share folders in Notes on iCloud.com
You can share a folder with one or more people. When you share the folder, all of the subfolders and notes within the folder are shared as well. Only the people you invite to the folder can view or edit its contents.
Note: You can’t share a folder that contains a locked note.
When you share a folder, the Manage Participants button appears next to the folder in the sidebar.
Note: You need to be on a tablet or computer to share folders and manage sharing. However, you can still make updates to shared folders and delete shared folders on a phone.
