Aggiungere caselle di controllo e altri controlli in Numbers per iCloud
Puoi aggiungere caselle di controllo, classifiche a stelle o altri controlli interattivi alle celle. Potrebbero servirti, per esempio, per vedere come le modifiche ai dati di una cella influiscono su formule, grafici o dati in generale.
Per esempio, le classifiche a stelle sono utili per classificare e poi ordinare gli elementi di un elenco, mentre i cursori possono aiutarti a vedere come le potenziali variazioni nei dati influiscono su un particolare calcolo.
Aggiungere caselle di controllo o classifiche a stelle
Puoi aggiungere caselle di controllo alle celle per creare elenchi di controllo. Una cella con una casella di controllo ha un valore numerico pari a 1 o “true” (selezionato) oppure a 0 o “false” (deselezionato), quindi puoi fare riferimento alle celle con caselle di controllo nelle formule che richiedono valori numerici o booleani (true o false).
Puoi anche aggiungere una classificazione che va da zero a cinque stelle. Se usi una classifica a stelle in una formula, la classifica viene interpretata in base al suo valore numerico (da 0 a 5).
Seleziona una cella vuota o un intervallo di celle vuote.
Clicca su Dati nella parte superiore della barra laterale Formato a destra, poi clicca sul menu a comparsa Formato dati e scegli Casella di controllo o Classifica a stelle.
Esegui una delle seguenti azioni:
Aggiungi un segno di spunta a una casella di controllo: clicca sulla cella.
Definisci una classifica a stelle: clicca su una cella, poi digita il numero di stelle (da 0 a 5) che vuoi visualizzare.
Aggiungere menu a comparsa
Puoi aggiungere un menu a comparsa in una cella, quindi specificare le opzioni che appaiono nel menu a comparsa. Se le opzioni del menu sono valori numerici, come date o durate, puoi creare formule che facciano riferimento alle celle del menu a comparsa.
Seleziona una cella o un intervallo di celle.
Se le celle contengono dei valori, questi diventano opzioni di un menu a comparsa.
Clicca su Dati nella parte superiore della barra laterale Formato a destra, poi clicca sul menu a comparsa Formato dati e scegli Menu a comparsa.
In base ai contenuti delle celle selezionate, vengono create le voci del menu a comparsa.
Tutte le celle sono vuote: opzioni Segnaposto (per esempio “Elemento 1”).
Numeri o testo: i valori effettivi (o i risultati delle formule) o testo.
Caselle: lo stato della casella è aggiunto come testo, “true” se la casella è contrassegnata, o “false” se non lo è.
Classifiche a stelle: equivalenti numerici per la classifica a stelle, da 0 a 5.
Valori ripetuti: un’unica opzione nel menu a comparsa.
Per modificare una qualsiasi delle opzioni nel menu a comparsa, fai doppio clic su questa nella barra laterale Dati.
Per aggiungere un’altra opzione al menu a comparsa, clicca sul pulsante Aggiungi (un segno più ’+’) sotto l’elenco delle opzioni del menu.
Specifica che cosa dovrebbe comparire nella cella se non si scelgono opzioni nel menu a comparsa.
Lascia la cella vuota: scegli “Inizia con vuota” dal menu a comparsa.
Mostra il primo elemento del menu a comparsa: scegli Inizia con il primo elemento dal menu a comparsa.
Elimina un elemento: clicca l’elemento, poi clicca sul pulsante Elimina (un segno meno ’-’).
Aggiungere cursori o stepper
Puoi aggiungere un cursore o uno stepper a una cella per consentire la variazione del valore nella cella e mostrare come influisca su formule o grafici. Devi specificare l’intervallo di variazione e l’incremento del cursore per i valori delle celle.
Clicca su Dati nella parte superiore della barra laterale Formato sulla destra, poi clicca sul menu a comparsa Formato dati e scegli Cursore o Stepper.
Esegui una delle seguenti azioni:
Imposta il valore visualizzato all’inizio dell’intervallo del cursore o stepper: inserisci un valore nel campo Minimo.
Imposta il valore visualizzato alla fine dell’intervallo del cursore o stepper: inserisci un valore nel campo Massimo.
Imposta il numero di unità tra ogni punto di interruzione sul cursore o stepper: inserisci un valore nel campo Incremento.
Formatta il contenuto della cella come numero, valuta, percentuale, frazione o elemento scientifico: scegli un’opzione dal menu a comparsa Formato.
