Use the App Usage pane of Screen Time preferences to view statistics about how you use apps on all your devices.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Screen Time, then select App Usage in the sidebar. If you’re using Family Sharing, choose a family member from the pop-up menu in the sidebar.

Use the Today button, the left and right arrow buttons, and the Show Usage pop-up menu to choose a day or week you want to display statistics for.
Show statistics for today: Click the Today button.
Show statistics for a previous day: Click the left or right arrow button to change the date.
Show statistics for this week: Click the Today button, then click the Show Usage pop-up menu and choose This Week.
Show statistics for last week: Use the left arrow button to choose a date in last week, then click the Show Usage pop-up menu and choose Last Week.
Show statistics for a previous week: Use the left arrow button to choose a date in a previous week, then click the Show Usage pop-up menu and choose the week.
Switch display between a day or week: Click the Show Usage pop-up menu and choose the day or week.
Show
Choose to display statistics for apps or app categories.
Display statistics for apps: Click Apps, then select an app or All Apps.
Display statistics for app categories: Click Categories, then select a category or All Categories.
Set a time limit for an app or app category: Place the pointer over an app or app category in the list, then click the Add Limit button.
Get information about an app: Place the pointer over an app in the list, then click the Info button.
Devices
Choose a device.
Display statistics for one device: Click the Devices pop-up menu, then choose a device.
Display combined statistics for all devices: Click the Devices pop-up menu, then choose All Devices.
