Understand the billing cycle in Apple Business
Overview
Ads on Maps campaign charges usually occur for every $500 USD1 spent or every seven days, whichever comes first. When you reach the billing threshold, you’ll receive an email notification at the email address you specified when you set up your payment method. You can also view and download your invoices on the Payments & Billing page.
Note: Campaigns set up for multiple countries and regions may appear on more than one invoice or as more than one line item on an invoice, depending on the country or region where the ads run and the corresponding Apple billing entity.
How credit card customers are charged
The way Apple charges your organization changes to reflect how your budget is being spent in each region. Multiple charges may appear because they’re itemized to show each legal entity where ads appeared, usually every $500 USD1 or seven days.
If you plan to run ads on Maps in both the U.S. and Canada, Apple recommends that you notify your payment method issuer to ensure that there won’t be any issues processing foreign transactions.
How paused campaigns affect billing
Pausing campaigns doesn’t delete your organization or payment information, and the payment information that you added remains secure. If you paused your campaigns while you had a balance due, your payment method may be charged the remaining balance. If you don’t have a balance due, the payment method won’t be charged until your ads are reactivated and accrue spend.
Review your transaction history
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role is Organization Administrator or Ads Administrator.

In your browser, choose Settings > Payments & Billing.
Select Ads, then view the Transaction History.
