Remove saved or downloaded episodes in Podcasts on Mac
You can remove episodes you saved or downloaded in your Podcasts library. Episodes you remove from the Saved section still appear in the Downloaded section. When you delete episodes from the Downloaded section, you free up storage space on your Mac.
Remove a saved episode
In the Podcasts app on your Mac, click Saved below Library in the sidebar, then do one of the following to remove an individual episode:
Hold the pointer over an episode, then click the Unsave button
.Click the More button
, then choose Unsave Episode.
Remove downloaded episodes
In the Podcasts app on your Mac, click Downloaded below Library in the sidebar, then do one of the following:
Remove a downloaded episode: Click a show, then click the Remove Download button
next to the episode you want to delete.Remove all downloaded episodes for a show: Hold the pointer over the show that contains the episodes you want to remove, click the More button
, then click Remove Downloads. Click Remove Downloads to confirm.Remove all downloaded episodes: Choose View > Remove All Downloads, then click Remove Downloads to confirm.
Episodes you remove from the Downloaded section are deleted from your Mac, freeing up storage space.
