Intro to Numbers for iCloud
Numbers for iCloud is a web app for creating and editing spreadsheets on a Mac or Windows computer (using a supported browser). Spreadsheets you create in Numbers for iCloud are automatically available in the Numbers app on any Mac, iPhone, or iPad that’s signed in with the same Apple ID.
This integration across devices works in both directions. You can create or edit a Numbers spreadsheet anywhere—on a computer, iPhone, iPad, or on the web—and the changes show up everywhere. You can also share a link to a spreadsheet with others, then edit the spreadsheet together in real time.
When you open Numbers for iCloud, you see the spreadsheet manager. From here you can create, open, and share spreadsheets, and more.

Buttons to create a new spreadsheet or folder and to upload or delete a spreadsheet appear in the center of the toolbar. In the top-right corner, there are buttons for sending feedback, switching iCloud applications, creating new documents, and managing your account settings.](https://help.apple.com/assets/62966D3C89E3E27AD27714C5/62966D3C89E3E27AD27714CC/en_US/95b999caf7e841498f58d74a2e77342c.png)
Important: To keep your Numbers spreadsheets up to date across computers and devices, you need to have the Numbers app installed (download it for free from the App Store), and your computers and devices must meet the following minimum system requirements: macOS 11, iOS 14, or iPadOS 14
