If you’re asked to install printer software on Mac
If you see a message offering to download and install software for a printer while you’re setting up a printer or after you connect a printer to your computer’s USB port, click Install. Your Mac downloads your printer’s software from Apple, and installs it.
If you click Not Now, the software isn’t downloaded and the printer isn’t set up.
If you no longer use this printer, you can remove it to avoid seeing this message again.
Thanks for your feedback.
