Reduce screen motion on Mac
You can stop or reduce the movement of some elements on the screen—for example, when you open apps, switch between desktops, or open and close Notification Center. This feature is especially useful for people who experience motion sickness or vertigo.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click Accessibility in the sidebar, then click Display on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)
Turn on “Reduce motion.”
