Listen to audio workouts and guided meditations in Apple Fitness+
When you subscribe to Apple Fitness+, you can listen to audio-guided walks, runs, and guided meditations on your iPhone and Apple Watch when it’s paired with AirPods or other Bluetooth® headphones or speakers.
Listen to an audio workout on your iPhone
Go to the Fitness app
on your iPhone.
Tap Fitness+, then tap Explore.
Scroll down, then tap Show All (next to Time to Walk or Time to Run).
Tap an activity, then tap Let’s Go.
Tap
on your iPhone or Apple Watch to begin, or tap Continue Without Watch if you don’t have an Apple Watch.
Listen to an audio workout on your Apple Watch
Go to the Workout app
on your Apple Watch.
Tap
next to Time to Walk or Time to Run.
Tap
to learn more about the featured workouts below New This Week.
Tap Browse More to view all workouts.
Scroll down, then do any of the following:
Start the workout: Tap Start, then tap where you want to play audio (AirPods or other Bluetooth headphones or speakers).
Add the workout to your library: Tap Add to Library.
View a playlist of songs featured in the workout: Tap Open Playlist.
As the workout plays, its elapsed time and your current heart rate appear on Apple Watch.
To pause or end an audio workout, swipe right as the workout plays, then tap Pause or End. To mark a segment, tap Segment. If you want to start a Check In while you’re walking or running, tap Check In.
To get new audio workouts added to your Apple Watch, go to Settings on your Apple Watch, tap Workout, scroll down to Fitness+ Time to Run or Fitness+ Time to Walk, then turn on Add New Workouts to Watch.
Listen to guided meditations
You can listen to guided meditations with your Apple Watch when it’s paired with AirPods or other Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
Go to the Mindfulness app
on your Apple Watch.
Tap Fitness+ Audio Meditations, then turn the Digital Crown to browse through the meditations.
Tap
to learn more about the meditation.
Scroll down, then do any of the following:
Start the meditation: Tap Begin, then tap where you want to play audio (AirPods or other Bluetooth headphones or speakers).
Add the meditation to your library: Tap Add to Library.
View a playlist of songs featured in the meditation: Tap Open Playlist.
Tap a meditation to begin.
As the meditation plays, its elapsed time and your current heart rate appear on Apple Watch.
To pause or end a guided meditation, swipe right as the meditation plays, then tap Pause or End. To begin a workout while the meditation continues to play, tap Workout, then choose a workout.
To get new meditations added to your Apple Watch, go to Settings on your Apple Watch, tap Mindfulness, then turn on Add New Meditations to Watch.
