
Service access with Managed Apple IDs in Apple Business Manager
Certain services are disabled when you use Managed Apple IDs in Apple Business Manager. Which services are disabled depends on whether or not the user is on a Shared iPad.

Note: Some of these services can be configured by your mobile device management (MDM) solution or toggled in Control Center.
Managed Apple IDs
This table shows some of the services that Apple provides. For each service, you can see in which platforms the service appears. Services that don’t appear in the table will work with a Managed Apple ID.
Note: Not all of these services are available in all countries or regions.
