Prepare to register for Health app data Share with Provider
After determining that your organization meets the registration prerequisites, and before you return to Apple Business Register, complete the following tasks:
Perform instructions specific for your vendor. See Vendor-specific instructions for Health app data Share with Provider.
Identify the privacy and security contacts for your organization.
Obtain the user name and password for a test patient account configured and provisioned for Health Records.
If you don’t know the user name and password, consult with your in-house technical contact or your EHR vendor representative.
Obtain credentials that allow you to sign in to your EHR application and access chart data for your organization’s test patient account.
