Bind to a directory service

You can bind network images to directory servers, such as Open Directory and Active Directory. When you add a directory server to the server list, you need the following:

• Server: The fully qualified domain name of the server

• Identifier: The MAC address for each client computer you want bound

  Note: Leave this field blank to bind all computers to the directory server.

• User Name: The name of a user who is authorized to bind computers to a directory server

• Password: The password of the authorized user
