Create your Enterprise account in Apple Business Connect
Highlight all your businesses’ locations in Maps and everywhere they appear on Apple devices—such as in Apple Wallet, Siri, and more. In just a few easy steps you can add multiple locations to Apple Business Connect as an Enterprise company (for example, a large brand or chain). From there, personalize your locations to stand out, and to attract and engage customers.
If you’re an Enterprise company, you can send your Third-Party Partner the following link: Create a Third-Party Partner account in Apple Business Connect. That way they can sign up for an Apple Business Connect account, get verified, and begin to manage promotion of your businesses in Apple Business Connect.
Note: An Enterprise account is either one business with more than 25 locations or multiple businesses with multiple locations in different countries or regions.
What do I need to get started using Apple Business Connect?
Before you begin, you’ll need the following information for your company, each business, and each location.

Create your Enterprise account
Before you can add any of your businesses, you must first agree to the Apple Business Connect terms and conditions and enter your company info.
Go to https://businessconnect.apple.com/, then sign in with your Apple ID.
Select Terms of Use and review the terms and conditions for using Apple Business Connect.
When you agree to those terms, select “I agree to the Terms of Use.”
To receive Apple Business Connect updates, select “I want to receive Apple emails,” then select Let’s Go.
Select Enterprise, then select Next.
If you’re signing in for the first time, the role associated with your Apple ID is that of Administrator.
Enter your company details, then agree to the terms and conditions of Apple Business Connect.

Search for and add your first business or brand, below.
Search for and add your first business or brand
Before you send your company information to Apple for review, you must select your business or brand. If your business or brand doesn’t appear, you can add it to the list.
When you search, you can use parentheses to show specific countries or regions to the list. For example: Better Bags (US), Better Bags (CA), Better Bags (GB), and so on. If your business is located in multiple countries or regions, you must also create a business in each country or region.
Do one of the following:
Select Business or Brand, search for your brand or brands, then select them from the list.
If you can’t locate your business or brand, select Add a New Business, then add your first business or brand. You must add a business or brand name, country or region, main category, and website.
You can add more businesses or brands now, or you can add them later. For more information on adding them later, see Add a new business to your Enterprise account.
After your businesses or brands have been added, select Next.
Verify your company
Before customers can search for your businesses, you must first verify your company. While your company is being verified, you can create locations and Place Cards, and add logos and photos.
Verify your company through one of the following methods:
Domain Validation: See Verify your domain.
Document Review: Upload documents such as a business license or utility bill that show this company’s business name and address.
Select “Send for Review” to send your information to Apple for verification.
After all the businesses or brands are created and verified by Apple, you can then associate them with your company.
