Manage Apple Cash with Apple Watch (U.S. only)
When you receive money in Messages, it’s added to your Apple Cash card in Wallet. You can use Apple Cash right away wherever you would use Apple Pay—in stores, in apps, and on the web. You can also transfer your Apple Cash balance to your bank account.
If you’re the organizer for your family sharing group, you can set up Apple Cash Family for family members.
Manage Apple Cash payment features
Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, then tap Wallet & Apple Pay. There you can do the following:
Tap the Apple Cash card to set up Apple Cash
Tip: If you already have Apple Cash set up on another device, it will be ready to use on your Apple Watch without further setup.
Enable or disable the Apple Cash card, and the ability to send and receive money, on this device
See your suggested PIN
You can also see your suggested PIN on your Apple Watch. Open the Wallet app , tap your Apple Cash card, scroll to the bottom, then tap Card Information.
Apple Cash doesn’t require a PIN because every payment is authenticated by Face ID, Touch ID, or a secure passcode. However, some terminals may still require you to enter a four-digit code to complete the transaction.
View your Apple Cash balance
Tip: To view your Apple Cash balance on your Apple Watch, open the Wallet app , then tap the Apple Cash card. Or double-click the side button, then scroll to the Apple Cash card.
Note: Person to person payments with Apple Pay and Apple Cash are not available in all regions.
