Show or hide the sidebar in Numbers on Mac
The Numbers window has a sidebar that gives you access to controls and settings. You can hide the sidebar, if you want more space for your spreadsheet in the Numbers window. You can also make the sidebar appear when it’s hidden.
Go to the Numbers app on your Mac.
Open a spreadsheet.
Do one of the following, as necessary:
Hide the sidebar: Choose View > Inspector > Hide Inspector (from the View menu at the top of your screen, not in the toolbar).
Show the sidebar: Click Format or Organise in the toolbar, or choose View > Inspector > Show Inspector (from the View menu at the top of your screen).
Thanks for your feedback.
