Rate songs and other content in Apple Music on Windows
You can assign a rating — from one to five stars — to a song, album or music video to indicate how much you like it. You can use ratings to help you automatically create playlists or to sort and browse your music library.
Show ratings in a list of songs
In the Apple Music app
on your Windows computer, select the Sidebar Actions button 
at the top of the sidebar, choose Settings, then select General.Select the Show arrow
, then turn on “Star ratings”.
Give an item a rating
In the Apple Music app
on your Windows computer, select Songs in the sidebar.Select the More button
for a song, choose Properties, select Details, then scroll to the Rating item.Select to add or remove stars.
